I will admit it, I am pretty bad at keeping track of miles. I make training plans and follow them pretty well but I am not so great at actually recording my mileage for the day/week. Usually it is a little less than the plan since I shorten recovery between intervals or take less time to warm up.
Anyways, I've been sort of tracking since May, so here we go:
May: 31 1/2, 39, 40 1/2 for a total of 141 (missing about 10 days of running info due to a vacation but I did do running)
June: 43, 36 1/2, 35 1/2, 43, 14 for total of 172
July: 43 1/2 (part of June), 38 1/2, 39, 16, 22 for a total of 145 1/2
August: 10, 36, 45, 21, 33 for a total of 145
September: 23 1/2, 45, 16, 44, 12 for a total of 140
